Responsibilities:-

· Manage and monitor inventory levels of all packaging materials, labels, punnets, and boxes to ensure adequate supply and prevent shortages

· Process and coordinate orders for packaging supplies on time and liaise with suppliers to maintain good vendor relationships

· Ensure all packaging inventory is stored safely and complies with quality and safety standards

· Provide support for marketing activities by assisting in the planning and execution of marketing events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns

· Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including preparation of materials, displays, and equipment

· Support on-site marketing activations and prepare reports to track campaign performance and maintain proper documentation

· Assist in organizing corporate activities and events, including the company’s annual dinner

· Coordinate visitor arrangements such as scheduling, hospitality, and facility tours

· Support general corporate affairs projects, administrative duties, and internal and external stakeholder engagement

· Any other related tasks being assigned from time to time



Requirements :-

· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field

· 2-3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply)

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

· Strong attention to detail, especially in inventory management

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Proficiency in English , Bahasa Malaysia

Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Willingness to support events outside regular working hours when required
