Your duties will include:
-Taking full responsibility for prospecting, quotation, sales and completion of contracts, profitably.
-Achieve sales target goals.
-Coordinate with local and international management to develop successful strategies for acquisition of new customers and end users
-Interact with all levels of target project customers (sales, engineering, project management, etc.)
-Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
-Identify and report on potential new markets, industries, and opportunities within Northern Peninsula Malaysia Market.
-Develops and maintains order pipeline using CRM tool.
-Provide regular ARI Product training and seminar.
-Reporting progress against the plan both verbally and in writing

You should be able to demonstrate:
-Minimum requirement of and Engineering Diploma.
-Experience in sales (valve related industry) is preferred.
-Strong problem-solving ability, good negotiation and closing skills to drive sales
-Excellent presentation skills for ARI products and service to customers
-Good leadership and team working skills.
-Willingness to continue your sales and engineering education.
-Excellent communication and people skills: able to work with people internally and externally to get things done
-Project management skills: we pride ourselves on the number of major projects we undertake, the chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring the right equipment arrives in the right place at the right time
-Strong analysis skills supported by excellent standards of written and spoken English
