Key Responsibilities
-Lead cash flow planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure strong financial discipline.
-Monitor and control monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, ensuring timely reporting to management.
-Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and reporting processes.
-Provide financial insights to management for decision-making and business planning.
-Supervise and review the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
-Lead a team of accountants.
-Support outstation operations when required.

Requirements
-At least 5–10 years’ experience in Accounts/Finance with strong exposure to group-level accounting.
-Attention to detail, analytical, proactive, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
-High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with people at all levels and motivate team members.
