Job Scope:
-Assist in set up for plants / factories including but not limited to licensing application, production set up and etc.
-Assist in planning and scheduling production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
-Supervise, coordinate the activities of production teams, ensuring efficient workflows and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet standards.
-Responsible for inventory management, maintain adequate stock level, stock accuracy & data credibility.
-Implement and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures within the factory environment.
-Ensure regulatory and authorities’ (DOE, DOSH, MPK, BOMBA, etc.) requirements are met, including licensing, permits, certificates and other relevant approvals are obtained and renewed at all times.
-Responsible for audit arrangement for all compliances or licensing purposes.
-Assist in training, development, and performance management of staff.
-Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize resource utilization.
-Serve as a liaison between the factory management and other departments or stakeholders. Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
-Prepare necessary reports required by management.-
-Perform other tasks required by management from time to time.

Requirements
-Degree or equivalent in Business Administration/relevant manufacturing-related discipline.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
-Able to work outstation.
-High level of integrity.
-Good communication skills.
-Ability to work independently.
-Requires Skill(s): Computer Literate, Microsoft office, excel, power point etc.
-Good communication in Mandarin, Malay, English or others dialect would be an added advantage.
