Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Manage the Concierge Counter, providing a welcoming and helpful environment for shoppers.
-Attend to shoppers' inquiries, offer accurate information on mall events, promotions and services.
-Manage service complaints by analyzing the issue, determining the best resolution and ensuring timely你follow-up.
-Assist in wheelchair and stroller provision for customers, manage paging services and care for lost children within the mall.
-Ensure the availability of promotional materials, updated directories and other relevant information at the Concierge counter.
-Manage the Lost & Found service, ensuring compliance with company policies, including logging items and updating the lost and found logbook weekly and monthly.
-Regularly check on the equipment and ensure that any malfunction is promptly reported.
-Assist in organizing and executing mall events, promotions, gift redemptions and voucher.
-Register participants for contests or activities and provide information on contest mechanics and rules.
-Manage event-related tasks, including tenant and event photography, social media updates, and the timely removal of outdated promotional materials.
-Perform any ad-hoc tasks or special assignments as directed by the management.


Requirements:
-Communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
-Proficient in using basic office applications (e.g., MS Office).
-Good problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
-Friendly, approachable and customer-focused, Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage stressful situations, High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling customer information.
-Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays and during mall operating hours. Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
-Minimum SPM graduates with experience in customer service industry.
-At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
