What You'll be Doing
-Identify leads and potential customers.

What We're Looking For
-A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Candidates with a strong diploma or relevant industry experience are also encouraged to apply.)
-Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the industrial equipment, manufacturing, or B2B sector. Fresh grads with a keen interest in Automation industry or sales in particular are encouraged to apply as well.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and articulate value clearly to diverse stakeholders.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, enabling you to understand client challenges and propose effective, customized solutions.
-A strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
-High motivation and a results-driven attitude, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Willingness to travel extensively within the region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new markets.
-Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
