What you'll be doing
-Operating and monitoring production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and output
-Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to prevent downtime and maintain efficiency
-Monitoring product quality and making adjustments to the production process as needed
-Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
-Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
-Record all the output in daily report

What we're looking for
-Previous experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing role
-Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate a variety of production equipment and machinery
-Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
-Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
-Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to follow instructions and procedures
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required
