RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Handle all inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy
-Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide accurate, helpful information
-Build trust and long-term relationships through thoughtful, interactive communication
-Resolve complaints efficiently: propose solutions, follow up, and make sure issues are fully addressed
-Maintain detailed customer records and update accounts in our system
-Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies at all times
-Go above and beyond: take the extra mile to delight customers and exceed expectations

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS :
- Fluent English (spoken) – Must communicate confidently with Australian clients
- Proven track record of exceeding performance targets / quotas
- Excellent phone handling and active listening skills
- Strong customer orientation: adaptive, patient, and empathetic to different personalities
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays & extra hours
- Willing to travel to Bukit Jalil office.
- Able to work well in a team environment

OTHER INFORMATION :
- On-the-job training: we’ll teach you everything, including using our in-house Sandwai software
- Willing to learn and adapt Sandwai software and etc.
