Job Description:

As an Accounting Clerk and Administration Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of accounting and administrative duties. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Accounting Tasks:
o Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.

· Administrative Tasks:
o Handle general office administrative duties, such as managing correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
o Administer payroll, benefits, and leave records.

Requirements:

· Educational Qualifications:
o Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
o Additional certification or degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.

· Experience:
o Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Applicants with 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative functions are preferred.
o Knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, and payroll processing is a plus.
o Familiarity with accounting software (SQL) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Skills:
o Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
o Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

· Personal Qualities:
o Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented.
o Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
o Strong work ethic and commitment to company values.
