Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive of Product Development to join our dynamic team in designing, developing, and implementing innovative mobile applications. As a pivotal member of our digital technology team, you will play a crucial role in executing and assisting in our app development strategy, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of our mobile solutions.





Responsibilities:

Assist the planning and execution of the company's mobile app development projects from ideation to deployment.

Implement best practices for mobile application development processes and methodologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and engineering to deliver compelling mobile app experiences.

Work with a team of app developers, providing technical assistance and performance feedback.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development, and advocate for their integration into our projects.

Ensure that all developed apps meet high standards of quality, performance, reliability, and security.

Drive continuous improvement in development efficiency and team productivity.

Oversee app deployment and monitor post-launch performance metrics.



Requirements:

Proven experience (2 years) as an Executive or similar role in mobile app development or similar environment.

Working technical background in mobile app development technologies such as Flutter, iOS (Swift/Obj-C) and/or Android (Java/Kotlin).

Experience in project management applications like ClickUp, Zoho, Monday.com or equivalent.

Working knowledge of mobile app architectures, frameworks, and SDKs.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.

Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
