Job Description
o 协助仓库主管进行维修物料、备件及配件的日常库存管理。
o 确保系统库存数据与实际库存一致，及时更新出入库记录。
2. 收货、发货与调拨
o 协助处理物料收货、验收、上架、发货及内部调拨工作。
o 核对物料数量、型号及状态，发现异常及时上报。
3. 物料发放与回收
o 按维修工单或主管指示发放物料，确保领用流程合规、有据可查。
o 协助回收更换下来的旧料、不良品及返仓物料，并做好分类与登记。
4. 盘点与异常处理
o 参与定期及不定期库存盘点工作。
o 协助分析盘盈盘亏原因，整理盘点报告并提交仓库主管。
5. 仓库现场与安全管理
o 协助维护仓库整洁、物料摆放规范，符合 5S 及安全要求。
o 协助检查仓库钥匙、门禁及物料存放安全。
6. 跨部门协调
o 与技术部门、前台及财务等相关部门保持良好沟通，确保物料供应顺畅。
o 协助跟进紧急物料需求及异常情况处理。
7. 制度与流程执行
o 严格执行公司及 Vivo 相关仓库管理制度和操作流程。
o 协助宣导仓库相关规定，减少违规领料及操作错误。
8. 数据整理与报表支持
o 协助整理库存报表、物料使用记录及相关文件。
o 配合仓库主管提供审计或总部所需资料。
9. 其他工作
o 完成仓库主管安排的其他相关工作任务。
