Key Responsibilities
-Process monthly payroll, including commissions, incentives, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
-Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
-Track sales staff performance, commissions, and KPIs; prepare regular performance reports.
-Support management in performance reviews and improvement plans.
-Handle client complaints professionally and coordinate resolutions with relevant sales staff.
-Investigate complaints and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
-Manage staff grievances, disciplinary matters, and ensure compliance with company policies.
-Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees.
-Ensure HR operations comply with Malaysian labour laws.

Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 2 years of HR or operations experience, preferably in real estate or sales-driven industries.
-Experience handling payroll and commission-based compensation structures.
-Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential matters.
-Proficient in MS Excel and basic HR systems.
