Job description

1. Raw Materials & Outsourcing Supplier Management
-Receive incoming raw materials, process PO receipts in the system, and complete "Blue Card" registration.
-Verify physical goods from outsourcing suppliers, update system PO receipts, and maintain manual logs.
-Generate/print supplier Delivery Notes and record transactions in the system.
-Track the movement of outsourcing containers (in/out) to ensure traceability.

2. Production & Inventory Management
-Process system entries for work order material issues/returns.
-Record scrap material inventory receipts and track outbound scrap shipments to suppliers (on-site logging & system updates).

3. Finished Goods Shipment & Customer Coordination
-Generate Packing Lists based on customer delivery schedules and notify relevant departments via email.
-Create ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) in customer portals and print shipping/platform labels.
-Compile weekly reports on customer shipment cycles and quantities.

4. Data Consolidation & Archiving
-Summarize daily outsourcing transaction data and distribute reports via email.
-Archive monthly documents (incoming material records, work order slips, import/export documents, etc.).

5. Additional Tasks
-Assist in ad hoc warehousing/logistics tasks (e.g., stock counts).

Job Requirements & Competencies :

Education & Professional Experience ：
· SPM, certificate, diploma level or above
· 1 year or more work related experience

Essential Training/Professional Skills：
· Strong communication and coordination skills;
· Proficient computer skills with strong competency in office automation software such as Word, Excel, etc.;
· Basic knowledge of ERP systems with experience in using production-related ERP modules;
