What you'll be doing

Engage with a minimum of 8 customers daily at various construction sites to build strong relationships and provide on-the-ground support.

Conduct at least one impactful product demonstration each day to showcase solutions and drive customer value

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer service

Participate in sales planning and strategy development to contribute to the overall growth of the business

Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and Hilti's product and service offerings

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer queries and concerns effectively

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and market conditions

Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within your assigned territory
