What You'll do
Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with strategic business goals.
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and continuous refinement.
Write clear and actionable user stories to guide development teams.
Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Collaborate with UX, development, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.
Align with stakeholders across functions to ensure shared understanding and timely delivery.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and internal data to inform product decisions.
Ensure seamless integration of new features into the global e-commerce architecture.
Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for user-centric design and functionality.
Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
What You’ll Bring
Experience as a Product Owner, ideally in e-commerce or digital platforms. Ideally 4 years of practical experience.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, and A/B testing platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs, conversion funnels, and customer experience metrics.
