ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and champion all Sales-related activities for authorized products.

Identify business opportunities and drive effective sales strategies.

Formulate business proposals that align with customers' business needs.

Manage business growth and ensure efficient sales operations.

Review progress versus objectives at weekly meetings and take corrective action as needed.

Ensure clear communication and adherence to pricing, promotions, and trade terms.

Track performance measures and proactively solve field execution issues.

Ensure timely product delivery and provide consistent post-delivery follow-up.

Maximize usage of iPads and digital tools for order-taking, tracking, and reporting.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (cases and revenue).



REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of working experience in sales, particularly in managing wholesalers, preferably within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.

Strong analytical skills, along with proficiency in negotiation and presentation.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work effectively with excellent interpersonal skills.

Good in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications.

Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is required.
