What are the Job Responsibilities?

Supporting brand strategy and executing effective brand marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and equity

Manage integrated marketing campaigns and all elements of consumer communication relating to brand responsibilities effectively (i.e. Branding, Packaging Design, Advertising Development & Production, Media Effectiveness, Consumer Promotions Sampling, POS Design and production).

Liaise and work closely with creative, media, PR, digital agencies to design & successfully execute marketing campaigns on time in full

Understand consumer and market comprehensively; (i.e. insight into consumer dynamics, able to represent the consumer view in all brand decisions and effectively understand the commercial environment). Able to conduct through business analysis and evaluation.

Supporting new products developments and product renovation management of the NPD process.

Prepare sales forecasts; monitor sales performance; and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the product.

Achieve brand targets, specifically; (i.e responsible for achieving the goals set out in the budget for Marketing; deliver Marketing activity on time and to budget

Responsible for contributing to the annual goals set out in the Budget.



What are the Qualifications?

Minimum Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of brand and product experience with FMCG industry is desirable.

A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in project management will be an added advantage
