Shipping & Logistics Executive

Job Responsibilities:-

Handling import and export shipment arrangement and documentation e.g., packing list, proforma invoice, customs forms, health certificate, certificate of origin.

Coordination with forwarder agents for shipment booking and preparation of shipping documents.

To issue DO (HQ) and all Invoices by using the Epicor system.

To key-in Shipment Planning Entry for export shipping documents by using the Epicor system.

To arrange container stuffing and liaise with factories for export customers' orders.

To liaise with customers on export customers' orders.

To apply and arrange endorsement for export shipping documents at MICCI, MITI, Wisma Putra & Embassy.

To arrange customs clearance for import and export.

To arrange shipment clearance for machinery and raw materials.

To collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Finance to optimize shipping & logistic processes.

Job Requirements:-

Minimum Diploma, Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in handling shipping and logistics documentation or coordination.

With local truck arrangement experience will be an advantage.

Detail-oriented and a team player.
