Position: Internship students - HR & Admin

Location: Bagan Datuk, Perak

The HR & Admin Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the HR & Admin team, assisting with daily HR functions, documentation, and office management.

Key Responsibilities

To assist with employee records, filing, and HR documentation.

To assist in recruitment activities, such as interview coordination.

Assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes (documents, forms, checklists).

To assist and support for Administration task when required.

To assist in the coordination of meetings, training, and company activities when required.

To assist in preparing letters and reports when required.

Perform other ad-hoc HR/Admin tasks when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good communication skills (verbal & written).

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
