Accounts Assistant

Job location : Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of records.

Assist in handling the monthly management account closing.

Liaise with statutory bodies, financial institutions, external auditor & tax agents.

Maintain proper filing of financial documents and transaction records

To carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignments as required

Positive working attitude, detailed, responsible and committed

Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines

Ability to learn quickly and apply relevant knowledge

Ability to work in a team environment

Proficient in MS Office

Willing to travel to our Perak plant for stock take on monthly basis or when needed


Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

Fresh graduate or with up to 1 year of experience
