Job Description :

Direct work of staff so that Filling Operation/Production Target could be delivered.

Plan activities as such to deliver optimum VCOP.

Direct work of staff in compliance of all stipulated regulations and safe work operations.

Plan and execute for Process Human Capital Development.

Plan and execute Process Optimization — OE projects for entire Process Operation.

Identify Improvement in plant unit operation and ensure equipment perform up to its performance.

Identify gaps and plant bottle-neck and execute debottle-necking effort in order the improve plant operation with greater margin of operation.

Plan and execute any other objective required by Plant Manager.

To lead by example by all means and demonstrate noble character thru out every activities.

Provide and maintain all process related documentation inclusive of operating instruction, ISO documentation, Management of Change (MOC), incident investigation and etc.

Continuously put effort to improve People, process, product quality and be at a competitive edge of cost of production



Job Requirements :

Minimum – Degree in Chemical Engineering

Preferably candidates with 2-3 years of experience in process engineering function, preferably within the process/manufacturing industry.

Knowledge in plant equipment maintenance which involve design, change management, major plant improvements.

Ensure daily production data input into the system for production closing

Strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels of employees, excellent presentation skills

Strong negotiation and influencing skills in selling new ideas

Exercise integrity in all situations and champions the CCM Core Values.

Ability to execute in a timely manner without compromising on quality of deliverable.

Having the maturity, wisdom and ability to exercise fair judgment in decision making.

Strong leadership skills, charismatic, display positive aura and ability to inspire and motivate employees.
