Specific Responsibilities:

Assist Sales Manager/ Asst. Sales Manager in achieving occupancy levels of dormitory.

Attend to inquiries from prospective customers.

Follow up on all outgoing quotations and confirm prospective customers who are keen to take up bed spaces.

Follow up on Letter Offer and Tenancy Agreement.

Follow up with customers to obtain payments as spelled out in the ‘Letter of Offer’.

Liaise with customers for the signing of ‘Tenancy Agreement’ and payment of the stamp duties.

Any other tasks as assigned by the superiors.

Representing of the company to liaise with a potential customer.

Prepare quote to a potential customer.

Prepare ‘Letter of Offer’ and ‘Tenancy Agreement.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Business Management/ Sales or equivalent.

Experience:

2 ~ 3 years of experience in Sales.

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Able to interact with all levels of staff and management.

Strong analytical skills.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia – both verbal & written.

Added advantage if candidate able to speak mandarin as the role must deal with some mandarin speaking customers.

Team-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Able to work independently and multi-task.

Good attitude, self-motivated, results oriented.

Possesses own transport.
