What you'll be doing

Analyze market trends and consumer data to identify opportunities for category growth and development

Develop and implement effective category management strategies to drive sales and profitability

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best products, pricing and terms for your categories

Collaborate with the internal teams (Operations etc.) teams to ensure seamless category execution

Monitor category performance and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve results

Provide regular reporting and insights to the senior management team

Manage daily operations for assigned categories

Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product mix and pricing



What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in category management or retail buying (preferably in RTE) within the Retail & Consumer Products industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners

Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for the retail industry

Tertiary qualification in Business Studies, Supply Chain, Marketing, Retail Management or any other related field.
