Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Executive (Wines & Spirits)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end import logistics operations for wines and spirits.
Liaise closely with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs brokers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth clearance and delivery.
Coordinate shipment arrivals from ports to bonded and non-bonded warehouses.
Ensure proper handling and bonding of wines and spirits from trucks to warehouse in compliance with customs and excise requirements.
Arrange vessel bookings and container space with shipping lines.
Monitor vessel schedules, container movements, and delivery timelines to ensure on-time arrival.
Prepare and process customs documentation, including import permits, duty, excise, and tax payments.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, customs clearances, and logistics documentation.
Address shipment discrepancies, delays, or issues and follow up for resolution.
Perform any other logistics-related duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in shipping, import logistics, or freight operations.
Good working knowledge of import procedures and customs documentation; experience with bonded cargo is an advantage.
Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an added advantage.
Strong coordination, organisational, and follow-up skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple shipments concurrently.

Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Office Management, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience, ideally in FMCG, distribution, logistics, or F&B.
Experience in a wine or alcohol distribution environment is an added advantage.
Strong customer service orientation.
