Requirements :

The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Part I) from a recognized institution.

Min 3 years and above experience as an Assistant Architect with good design, presentation and graphic skills.

High proficiency with design-related software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion and other rendering software. Knowledge of Revit and BIM is an added advantage.

Good Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Good proficiency with the Adobe suite of programs, including Acrobat, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently and as part of a team.

High attention to detail.

Good communication skills – Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Melayu (both written and spoken).

Good interpersonal and presentation skills

Self-motivated, proactive, reliable, and committed with a strong work ethic.
