SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing events and promotions to attract visitors and increase customer loyalty.

Collaborate with tenants to create marketing strategies that benefit both the mall and individual stores.

Manage the mall's digital presence, including social media accounts, email marketing campaigns, and the official website.

Conduct market research to understand customer trends and identify marketing opportunities.

Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and the media to promote mall events and features.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of events and promotions.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events.

Stay abreast of marketing trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in marketing, preferably in the retail section or mall management.

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work flexibly and manage time effectively, including weekends and evenings as required for events.

Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Marketing software.

Experience in event planning and management is highly desirable.
