Key Responsibilities
Collect meter readings from customers and ensure accurate, timely updates into the Advance System.

Monitor, maintain, and improve the automation processes for Meter Billing Collection.

Ensure 100% MIF coverage and achieve complete billing accuracy.

Manage work efficiently under tight schedules and meet all deadlines.

Collaborate and work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Handle internal and external customer enquiries professionally and courteously.

Perform any additional duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in billing or administrative functions.

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful, and highly motivated.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
