Job Description

What You'll be Doing:

Responsible for all office administrative duties.

Provide day to day administrative support.

Maintain proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents.

Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management as and when required.


What We’re Looking For:

Possess SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an advantage.

Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Able to multi-task and work independently.
