Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Admin Executive will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and developing high-quality business proposals or tenders to help the company win new business. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal teams.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with cross-functional teams not limited to engineering and design team to develop accurate detailed proposals for potential projects and clients and ensure proposal deadlines are met.

2. Work closely with Business Development Team to understand client’s needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

3. Manage proposal and tender timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

4. Compile sales report, prepare sales meeting minute & follow up the action plan of the minute.

5. Prepare weekly sales progress report for the Management.

6. Manage and organize proposal documents, templates, and resources.

7. Manage and update CRM software (ZOHO) in terms of proposal generation and monitor Business Team follow up or sales activities.

8. Control proposal’s key parameters such as Forex, PV panel price and profit margin.

9. Conduct technical analysis, research, gather data and feasibility studies to support proposal development.

10. Ensure proposals and tenders are accurate, complete, and comply with client requirements and company standards.

11. Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, grammar, punctuation, and formatting.

12. To deliver other task and assignment per assigned by the reporting superior.



Job Qualifications:

1. Preferably with 2 years’ experience in sales / sales admin management.

2. Preferably with Diploma or Degree in engineering / science or its equivalent.

3. Passionate about environmental sustainability and renewable energy.

4. Independent, self-initiative, responsible and committed, strong communication skills, negotiation skills, excellent presentation skills, good interpersonal skills, strong analytical mind, exemplary leadership skills and passionate desire for success.

5. Conduct market survey and update latest information to the company.

6. Required Skills: Microsoft Office.

7. Have pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, communications skills, self-starter.

8. Possess own transport and willing to travel if needed.

9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

10. Attention to detail and ability to review and edit technical content.

11. The employee is required to work in a fast-paced environment, strong management, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and priorities.

12. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
