What you'll be doing

Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR data accuracy and compliance

Processing payroll and benefits administration

Coordinating training and development programs for employees

Providing administrative support, such as managing calendars, filing, and general office duties

Liaising with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient HR and administrative operations

Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role, preferably in the wholesale factory industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience with payroll and HR information systems is an advantage

A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
