About the role

Soritsu Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking suitable Finance and Payroll Executive to join our team in Seberang Perai Penang. Responsible for managing the company's payroll and financial processes, ensuring accurate and compliant operations.

Job's Responsibility:-

Assisting in processing monthly payroll for all employees, including calculating salaries, time card, monitoring attendance sheet, wages, deductions, and benefits

Maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax and labour regulations

Partially handling Finance and Accounting related reports and banking jobs.

Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements and other accounting tasks

Providing support and guidance to employees on payroll and benefits-related inquiries

Assisting HR Job and others Administrative task

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar payroll or finance role, preferably in the accounting or payroll services industry

Proficient in Accounting and Payroll software

Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and external stakeholders

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
