Responsibilities

Maintain and update the Site Worker Daily Record (SWDR), including recording attendance and uploading data to the Daily Site Report channel.

Monitor daily site reports to ensure task descriptions, worker names, locations, and remarks are accurate; coordinate with supervisors to correct discrepancies.

Prepare and manage Goods Received Lists (GRL), Delivery Orders (DO), and related material documentation.

Process claims and assists with site-related administrative tasks.

Order hardware materials, update the PR and Material List, and handle foreign worker documentation in coordination with HR.



Requirements

Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Prior experience in site administration, construction site coordination, or similar role preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with site reporting systems.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and proactively follow up on discrepancies or pending tasks to ensure timely resolution.
