Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Accounting
-Oversee end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities
-Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
-Prepare and review statutory financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
-Ensure accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations and management reports

Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis
-Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
-Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis
-Support management with financial insights and cost control initiatives

Compliance, Audit & Tax
-Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements
-Manage external audits and liaise with auditors and tax advisors
-Ensure timely submission of tax filings and statutory returns
-Address audit findings and implement corrective actions

Internal Controls & Governance
-Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures
-Ensure adherence to approval limits and company policies
-Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation measures

Cash Flow & Treasury
-Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking matters
-Oversee payment processes, collections, and bank reconciliations

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
-Lead and develop the finance & accounts team
-Act as the key finance contact for management and external stakeholders
-Drive continuous improvement and efficiency within the finance function

Requirements
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
-Professional qualification preferred (ACCA / CPA / CA / CIMA or equivalent)

Experience
-10–15 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
-Minimum 5-10 years in a senior finance role (Senior Manager / Head of Finance / DGM-equivalent)
-Strong exposure to statutory reporting, audit, and compliance
-MNC or structured corporate experience preferred
