Key Responsibilities

1. Call Handling & Communication
-Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, following the company’s telephone etiquette.
-Direct calls to the appropriate department or personnel efficiently.
-Make outgoing calls and relay messages accurately.
-Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

2. Guest & Customer Service
-Assist callers with general inquiries, service requests, and information.
-Provide accurate details regarding the company’s services, facilities, and operating hours.
-Handle guest or customer feedback courteously and escalate issues when necessary.

3. Coordination & Support
-Liaise with other departments to ensure timely responses to guest or customer needs.
-Maintain updated contact directories and emergency contact lists.
-Assist in internal communication flow during emergencies or special events.

4. Administrative Duties
-Record all call activities, requests, and complaints systematically.
-Update telephone logs, directories, and internal databases.
-Support front office or administration tasks as assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements

Education:
o SPM or Diploma in Communication, Hospitality, Business, or related field.

Experience:
o Has exposure in customer service, reception, or call handling preferred.

Skills:
o Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
o Polite, patient, and service-oriented personality.
o Proficiency in telephone systems and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace).
