Key Responsibilities
-Support the extraction, compilation, and analysis of financial data, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and other performance metrics for group reporting.
-Work closely with the team to prepare consolidated accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as contribute to the preparation of the annual report.
-Monitor and coordinate intercompany transactions and ensure timely reconciliation.
-Assist in preparing management reports and financial presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
-Support corporate tax matters and ensure timely compliance with relevant regulations.
-Manage accounts closing for dormant companies, including the preparation of related reports and statutory documentation.
-Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, and other relevant authorities.
-Handle ad-hoc assignments and financial projects as required by management.

Qualifications & Requirements
-A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) are highly regarded.
-2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting; group accounting experience is an advantage.
-Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
-Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required to communicate effectively with our Chinese counterpart.
-Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial formulas.
-Excellent analytical and organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail.
-A positive work attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
