What you'll be doing
- Provide replies to any customers’ enquiries through various communications channels including phone, whatsapp, email and social medias platforms.
-Provide assistance on pre sales enquiries.
-Assign and direct incoming potential leads to sales team.
-Manage after sales service matters such as follow ups, service issues and handle customer feedback resolution with professionalism.
-Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, clear, and effective communication.
-Maintain proper records of customer interactions and ensure proper follow-through.
-Support in various admin related tasks including filing, maintaining accurate and up to date records, databases and procuring of office stationaries.
-Liaise with HQ Marketing team to plan, coordinate and execute any marketing campaigns and promotional events/activities.
-Support the set up, logistics and on site coordination of marketing events or roadshows.

What we're looking for
-Minimum a Diploma / Degree in any field or equivalent relevant work experience.
-Prior experience in customer service or familiar with social media platforms or marketing tools is an advantage.
-Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Well organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
-This position will be based in our Malaysia Office.
-This will be 2 years contract role.
