Key Responsibilities:
-Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract the right talent efficiently.
-HR Operations: Oversee daily HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee records, leave management, and ensuring data accuracy in the HR system.
-Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries; assist in handling grievances and disciplinary matters in compliance with local labor laws.
-Payroll Support: Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll and ensure timely statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) if required.
-Reporting: Prepare accurate HR reports and analytics for management review (e.g., headcount, turnover, performance data).
-Ad-hoc Projects: Support the HOD in implementing HR initiatives, policy updates, and staff engagement activities.


Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
-Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a generalist HR role.
-Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision and make sound judgments in daily operations.
-Knowledge: Good understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and current HR practices.
-High integrity, confidentiality, and excellent interpersonal skills.
