Job Description

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
-Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls
-Respond to customers in a polite, professional, and timely manner
-Follow up with customers on registrations, payments, and basic enquiries
-Maintain good relationships with customers and internal teams

Administrative Support
-Prepare and update reports, records, and basic documentation
-Assist in data entry, scheduling, and coordination tasks
-Support internal departments with daily admin work
-Ensure customer information and records are accurate and updated
