Maintain Financial Records
-Keep accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger updated accurately and in line with policies.

Daily Accounting Tasks:
-Enter accounting data, verify invoices and claims, and organize documents for audit purposes.

Vendor Payment Handling:
-Match delivery orders, invoices, and supporting documents to ensure timely and accurate payments; handle supplier inquiries.

Account Reconciliation:
-Perform regular reconciliations and assist in month-end and year-end closing.

Team Collaboration:
-Work with other departments to provide financial data and cost analysis to support business decisions.

Compliance & Controls:
-Ensure all financial activities comply with tax laws, accounting standards, and internal controls; assist during audits.

Ad-hoc Duties:
-Support the department with other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Requirements for Account Executive
-Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
-Proficient in Master or SQL Accounting software and Microsoft Excel
-Good understanding of accounting principles and regulations
-Detail-oriented with strong numerical and accuracy skills
-Able to work independently and in a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills
