What you'll be doing
-Team Leadership & Supervision
-Operational management, such as overseas shipments and processing customer orders
-Implement and improve processes
-Monitor team performance
-Resolve issues and provide support
-Report to the management team

What we're looking for
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
-Proven experience in a supervisory or senior administrative role (minimum 1 year).
-Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
-Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
-Computer literate: MS Office
-Detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information.
