Primary Responsibility:

Responsible for product quality to meet customer expectation and customer satisfaction.

Carry out Incoming Material Inspection and test as per predetermined material specifications, markings, COA and AQL limits.

Liaise and communicate with suppliers should there is any abnormality detected and to negotiate disposition plan from suppliers.

Work with procurement department on any subsequent replacement, compensation and relevant disposition.

New supplier and product evaluation.

Issuance, monitoring and closure of SCAR and to ensure effectiveness of improvement action taken.

Prepare training material and conduct training to inspectors to ensure competency.

Guide, coach and train inspectors to achieve KPI and overall company goals.

Implement and prepare WI documents, control plan, FMEA, troubleshooting guidelines and others ISO related documents.

Responsible for QC reporting on daily, weekly, monthly and any other related reports with data accuracy.

Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time and standby for emergency to meet company goal.



Job Related Experience:

Preferable at least 2 years working experience in manufacturing field.

Basic knowledge in solar wafer manufacturing would have advantage.

Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal staff of all levels.

Good spoken and written English. Capability on other languages would be an advantage.

Possess good management and leadership skills.

Must be a team player and can work independently.

High responsibility and can work under pressure.



Knowledge:

Knowledge in statistical process control (SPC) and others statistic tools would be an advantage.

Good computer skill.

Basic knowledge in ISO9001 requirements.

Basic knowledge in 8D problem solving methodology.



Education:

Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering or its equivalent.
