What You'll Be Doing

Supervise and coordinate all on-site installation activities to ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

Monitor day-to-day site activities and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of works.

Assist in construction planning, work sequencing, and manpower deployment to meet project milestones.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works comply with quality standards, method statements, and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and other trades to resolve technical and site coordination issues.

Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality procedures, and company HSE policies at site.

Track work progress, identify potential issues or delays, and report promptly to the Project Manager with proposed corrective actions.

Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities for systems.

Prepare and submit basic site progress updates and reports as required.

What We're Looking For:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).

4+ years of site experience in MEP works for industrial, cleanroom, data center, or FMCG projects.

Strong hands-on experience supervising MEP installation works, including HVAC, electrical, and piping systems.

Good understanding of construction practices, safety requirements, and quality control procedures.

Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and work effectively with site teams.

Familiarity with testing, commissioning, and inspection processes is an advantage.

Proactive, site-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
