What You’ll Do

Drive sales growth and achieve annual revenue targets.

Build and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, contractors, and project owners.

Identify new business opportunities in building services, water supply, and HVAC applications.

Support and guide sales team members in project development and customer management.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and recommend pricing or positioning strategies.

Conduct product presentations and coordinate with technical teams for project support.

Submit sales reports and forecasts to management.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Business/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pumps, HVAC, or building services sales.

Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proactive, independent, and results-oriented.

Computer literate (MS Office).

Possess own transport and valid driving license.
