1. Updating Billing Data Into Jd Edwards System (JDE)

• Updating latest meter reading data should any adjustment make to EVC/ EFM during

meter replacement works, EVC/ EFM validation activities & synchronization before meter

reading day. To finalize the route of meter reading for new offtaker or any changes by

Branch Office and updating daily Calorific Value (CV) for billing into JDE in order to ensure

billing data and gas invoices are issued timely and accurately.

2. Spot Meter Reading System (SMRS)

• Managing meter reading data by uploading data from JDE into SMRS prior gas meter

reading day to all handheld units for respective Branch Offices and downloading meter

reading data once uploaded by all Branch Offices into JDE in order to ensure the billing

data is correctly and timely uploaded and downloaded for efficient meter reading

processes.

3. Liaison With PGB And O&M Branch Offices

• Liaising with O&M Branch Offices for meter reading purposes and also reading occurs and

with PGB and other relevant sections for billing data (calorific value, etc) in order to ensure

the billing data and gas invoices are issued with correct and updated data.

4. Liaison With Shippers, Petronas And Other External Parties

• Coordinate and maintain good communication and relations with Shippers, PETRONAS

and other related parties in order to ensure issues related to all parties are resolved in an

appropriate manner and provide the management with the updated information.

5. Receivables Management

• Continuous monitoring of account receivable to ensure that credit risk taken are calculated

and collections are timely in order to minimize bad debts and financial losses due to nonpayment

by shipper.

6. Standard Operating Procedures

• Identify improvements and subsequently propose for Standard Operating Procedures

(SOP) update/revision in order to ensure proper provision and practices incorporated into

the SOP in compliance with departmental procedures and relevant standards and laws.
