Multiple Engineering positions are available, such as Process, Project, Industrial, Facility, and Equipment Engineer roles. Fresh graduates will be assigned based on suitability and interests, with exposure to hands-on engineering work and overseas training opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification

Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage for stakeholder communication

Able to work in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Process Engineering (PE) Engineer

Planning and implementation of new projects, including process, cycle time, production lines, equipment, fixtures, and engineering installations, ensuring that actual yield and efficiency meet expected target values.

Design of fixtures, packaging solutions, verification, sample approval, and execution of new product prototyping, handling mass production anomalies and customer complaints to ensure stable quality and on-time delivery.

DOE validation, OQ and PQ execution, and arrange and execute pre-production training sessions.

Coordinate the creation and maintenance of process flow charts, POP, SOP, SAP process routes, as well as the establishment and maintenance of products.

Project Engineer

Implement project plans, manage project schedules, monitor project scope, time, quality, cost, risk.

Responsible for follow-up with customers and suppliers for daily communication of project progress, related technologies and product quality, and timely communicate the results of the relevant project team members.

Analysis and improvement of major quality anomalies that lead to related projects.

Responsible for product BOM maintenance, PRT maintenance, product version management, material master data collection and maintenance.

Industrial Engineer (IE)

Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for production efficiency improvement.

Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing workflow.

Carry out Work Study for each workstation of production line to establish standard working hours, standard process and capacity, in charge of production layout, able to draw using AutoCad software.

Theoretical cycle time establishment. Time study analysis and continuous improvement based on lean concept.

Facility Engineer

Assist in daily operation and monitoring of Facility systems such as electrical (HT & LV), compressed air, HVAC, Chiller, Cooling Tower, ONI system.

Support implementation of preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for all facility equipment.

Supervise and ensure contractors comply with safety rules, permit-to-work, and site requirements during maintenance, repair, and installation works.

Participate in continuous improvement projects such as energy saving, cost reduction, and system reliability .

Maintain updated drawings, manuals, SOPs, PM records, and asset registers.

Equipment Engineer

Responsible for equipment management and timely updating of new equipment information.

Responsible for formulating equipment maintenance plans and assisting equipment technicians in completing equipment maintenance.

Communicate with HQ about the transfer of equipment, and mediate between China and Malaysia to facilitate receiving detailed work information.

Responsible for regular inspections of supervisory equipment, mastering the operating status of equipment, handling problems in a timely manner and nipping equipment abnormalities in the bud.
