Responsibilities:

Working as our senior sales executive, you will be involved in managing prospects, promoting our Company's products and services, developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports. To ensure success as a senior sales executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for socializing, and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch business development executive creates strategies that align with modern market trends.

Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities

Research and analyze various industry & sector demand options

Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects

Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products

Contributing to the development of marketing strategies

Conducting market research on rival companies and products

Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products

To develop targeted sales strategies

Answering client queries about product specifications and uses

Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas

Prepare commercial and technical proposals

Creating and presenting sales performance reports

Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/business management/marketing or equivalent.

At least 3-4 years of experience in B2B and corporate sales industry will be an added advantage.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.

Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software

Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

Ability to create and deliver presentations

Fast learner and quick thinker

Positive attitude and good at interpersonal skills

Good time management

Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

Possess valid driving license

Willing to travel to outstation
