Responsibilities:

Assist incoming courier mail

Update records for daily mail franking, registered mails, courier records & stationeries

To issue official receipts to the respective parties upon receiving payment and prepare accounting-related documentation

Promptly call, follow up and issue reminder letters for those buyers with an outstanding payment

Maintain good and efficient filing of all projects and purchaser files

Ensure that copies of billings, official receipts and correspondences with purchasers are stored in the respective purchasers' file

Maintain confidentiality of the purchasers and company information

Attend to any other task(s) assigned by superior and/or Head of Department

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:

Candidate studied in Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Admin/Business Management, or related.

Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word).

Willing to work at Phileo Damansara 1, Petaling Jaya.
