Responsibilities:

System data entry & master control file update with data obtained relates to credit control. (e.g. payment notice, architect cert)

Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents (e.g. Prepare & filing verified accounting-related documentation).

Maintain collection & payment tracking records into master credit control file with info received from common communication platform (i.e. Email, Teams) as well as prompt system data entry.

Maintain payment tracking records and follow up consistently as per approved deadlines on outstanding payments from purchasers (e.g. instalments payments).

To update department tracking files related to office operation, mailing dispatch.

Provide basic administrative preparation work assigned by superior with proper hard & soft copy filing.

Perform other ad-hoc assignment and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Studies/Management/Administration or relevant working experience.

Experience in credit control field within Property Developer industry.

Good command in written and spoken English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Computer literate and knowledge in property related system.

Self-motivated, independent, hardworking, and positive working attitude and able to work in team.
