1. Project Planning & Execution

· Plan, manage, and monitor construction projects from inception to completion

· Develop project schedules, work programmes, and execution plans

· Coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

· Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time

2. Cost, Budget & Contract Management

· Prepare and monitor project budgets and cash flow

· Control project costs and manage variations, claims, and VO

· Ensure compliance with contract terms, drawings, and specifications

· Liaise with Quantity Surveyors on progress claims and final accounts

3. Design & Technical Coordination

· Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants on design issues

· Review drawings, specifications, and construction methods

· Resolve technical problems and site issues efficiently

· Ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place

4. Site & Construction Management

· Oversee site progress, workmanship, and construction quality

· Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards

· Monitor contractor performance and site productivity

· Conduct site meetings and progress reviews

5. Safety, Quality & Compliance

· Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) requirements

· Enforce quality control procedures and inspections

6. Ensure compliance with local authorities, statutory bodies, and regulations

· Identify risks and implement mitigation measures

7. Stakeholder & Communication Management

· Act as the main point of contact between management, consultants, and contractors

· Prepare project reports, progress updates, and management briefings

· Handle client, authority, and internal coordination professionally

8. Project Completion & Handover

· Ensure timely completion and smooth project handover

· Manage testing, commissioning, defects rectification, and documentation

· Coordinate CCC / handover processes where applicable

· Conduct post-project evaluation and lessons learned
