Responsibilities
Conduct client prospecting to identify new business opportunities.

Perform property/product showings to potential clients.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and offer documents accurately and on time.

Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and CRM outreach.

Qualify inbound leads to ensure fit and readiness before progressing to sales stages.

Schedule and manage appointments with clients and partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.

Maintain timely updates of sales activities in CRM systems.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.

Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in property, engineering, or related industries.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Able to conduct client meetings and site visits when required.

Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads at once.

Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email).

Must possess own transportation and valid driving license.
